Kurt Singhuber (Japanese: クルト・ジングフーベル) was an Imperial petty officer second class who served aboard the supreme flagship Brünhild. On 1 June 801 UC (3 NIC / 492 IC / 3601 CE) during the Battle of Shiva, the Brünhild was boarded by the Rosen Ritter and Singhuber became part of the defending force against the boarders. In the ensuing melee, Singhuber managed to land a fatal blow against a fatigued Walter von Schönkopf. Impressed at Singhuber for catching him unaware, Schönkopf actually spared his life and even demonstrated a combat trick to him as a "reward" during his final moments.
