The White Stag (798 UC (489 IC / 3598 CE))

The White Stag (Japanese: 白鹿亭) was a restaurant on Heinessen. It was the establishment where Yang Wen-li, Frederica Greenhill, Louis Machungo, Alexandre Bewcock, and João Rebelo went after the hasty conclusion of the inquiry into Yang's actions. They served a main course of roast venison and a dessert of melon sherbet.

It was after the meal that Yang Wen-li encountered Negroponte who begged him not to make any statements about the board of inquiry. (LOGH: 'War Without Weapons')

Background information

Given the literary reference in the name of another restaurant visited by Yang, the March Rabbit, the name White Stag could be a reference to the White Stag from C.S. Lewis's Narnia series. It is also possible that it is a mistranslation of White Hart, a common name for pubs in England.
