- While the New Imperial Capital was under construction, the capital city on Odin functioned as the capital of the New Empire. At the same time, Kaiser Reinhard von Lohengramm declared that the bridge of the Brunhild would also be the capial of the Neue Reich: the only known instance of a single government having three capitals concurrently.
