The Landesherr's official residence (Japanese: 自治領主府) was the work and living place of the landesherr of the Dominion of Fezzan, used most notably by Adrian Rubinsky. It included a reception room and a personal office, the latter of which had a secret room that allowed the landesherr to make long-distance transmissions.
After the conquest of Fezzan by Reinhard von Lohengramm's New Galactic Empire, the building was used by Nicholas Boltik as the office of the Interim Governor-General.
